Following this message is the schedule leading up to our first show on the 3rd of February. Words cannot express our thanks to all of those involved with this production for your patience during this process. As always, these rehearsals are tentative, and you will be notified of any changes or additions made when needed as well as any updates on apparel information, committee information, etc. If you are unable to schedule around any conflicts, please notify Mr. Boni ASAP by emailing him at BoniDakotaProductions@Gmail.com or cboni@cvs.k12.mi.us. We encourage again for blocking rehearsals with Mr. Boni that you please bring homework or something to do to as we make our way further into production. We ask as well that all cast members with lines be off book by January 10th!
We also ask for any parent volunteers to reach out for interest in committee positions (for things such as sales, backstage help, publicity, etc.) as well as volunteers to cook dinner for the Dress Rehearsals that begin on the 31st of January. Your help is always greatly appreciated!

You will be notified of any changes made to this schedule. We thank you all for your flexibility and adaptability to this production! We will ask the full cast to attend every rehearsal for the next couple of weeks. If you are unable to schedule around any conflicts, such as calling off work, please notify Mr. Boni as soon as possible so that updates can be made to the schedule as needed. For the blocking rehearsals with Mr. Boni, please bring something to do, such as homework or a pillow and blanket to occupy your time if you are not in a scene being rehearsed. You could also memorize your lines! 😊
Friday rehearsals will cover full cast vocals with Mr. Dargis. For any songs that are duets or only have a few characters singing them, we expect students to learn those on their own so that our vocal rehearsals can be focused on songs that require a larger group. Those numbers that don’t involve as many people could then be tackled later in the production process.

Friday rehearsals will cover full cast vocals with Mr. Dargis. For any songs that are duets or only have a few characters singing them, we expect students to learn those on their own so that our vocal rehearsals can be focused on songs that require a larger group. Those numbers that don’t involve as many people could then be tackled later in the production process.

We on the casting panel were in such awe at the adaptability and creativity that was exhibited during auditions. This process of selection was a difficult one. Those on the following cast list will be a part of this year’s production of High School Musical!
